Ronald G. Blankenship's Obituary
Ronald G. Blankenship, age 86, of Grafton, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center.
He was born in Garrett Bend, West Virginia and had been a resident of Grafton since 1958.
Ronald worked as a machine technician for General Motors Corporation in Parma for 30 years.
He enjoyed tinkering around the house, gardening, animals, tractors, going to auctions and was a practical jokester. He was also a longtime member of AA.
Survivors include his sons Russell (Amber) of Sheffield, Ronald (Kristy) of Grafton, grandchildren, Wesley, Janelle, Jennifer and Abigail, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta in 2015, son, Timothy Allen Blankenship, parents, Leonard and Elsie Blankenship.
Friends may call Friday, December 4, 2020 from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 AM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Rev Daniel Mayle will officiate.
Due to COVID 19, face coverings and proper social distancing will be required.
Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
