Robert Francis Sarkiewicz's Obituary
Robert Francis “Sharky” Sarkiewicz, age 89, of North Ridgeville, passed away on April 4, 2022. He was born on July 17, 1932 in Cleveland and has been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1996, moving from North Olmsted. He worked as a lineman and electrician for CEI, retiring from there. In his free time, Bob enjoyed fishing, going to garage sales, attending engine shows, and loved animals. When his children were younger, he was the Little League Hockey Director for them.
Bob is survived by his sons Darin (Susan) Sarkiewicz of Tallmadge and Matthew (Vikki) Sarkiewicz of Tuscon, AZ; daughter Laura Primozic of North Olmsted; grandchildren Brad, Amanda, Tyler, Tayler, Alan, Julia, TJ and Jakob; great grandchild Cory; brothers Billy, Tommy and Harry Sarkiewicz; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Carla; parents Francis Robert and Catherine (nee Mady) Sarkiewicz.
Funeral Service Wednesday, April 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until time of service. Pastor Brett Bartels will officiate. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park.
