Robert J. Marino's Obituary
Robert J. Marino of North Ridgeville, Ohio peacefully passed away on October 8, 2020. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 28, 1927, youngest son of the late Peter and Mary (Trecase) Marino.
He graduated from West Tech in 1945, playing basketball and baseball throughout his youth. As a young adult, he enjoyed golfing and bowling with his friends, “the guys.” He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Indians, frequently watching the games on television.
A consummate father and husband, Robert most enjoyed spending time with his family. He is predeceased by his wife, Donna, son-in-law, Timothy J. and grandchildren James and Jessica. Robert was also predeceased by his loving wife of 41 years, Betty, with whom they had six children. Robert will be lovingly missed by his children, Cheryl Teter (Jim) of Arizona, Diane Laux of Pennsylvania, Alan (Regina), Janet Samp (Jim) of Texas, Lori Prutton (Mike) and Robert (Lisa). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kristen, Timothy, Katie, Matthew, Melissa, Amy, Christopher, Brittany, Scott, Alexis and Vincent and nine great-grandchildren.
