Randy Hardin's Obituary
Randy R. Hardin, age 56, of Struthers, Ohio, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio. He was born April 11, 1956 in Boone, N.C. He moved to NE Ohio at the age of 11 and went on to become a standout athlete in both football and track at Wickliffe High School. He had resided in the Youngstown Area since 1979.
Mr. Hardin was a HVAC Contractor owning and operating Rexco, Inc. in Youngstown from 1988-2011.
He was an avid sports fan, especially the three Cleveland professional franchises and The Ohio State University. He also enjoyed playing golf, military documentaries and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his son, Brandon (Katie) Hardin of Avon Lake; daughter, Lindsey Hardin of Miamisburg, OH; former wife, Debra Hardin of Struthers; stepsons, Michael and James Lewis of Struthers; mother, Sylvia Hardin, of Jamestown, NY; sisters, Virginia (David) Nagy of
Jamestown, Sandra Miller of Jamestown, Karen (Jim) Erne of Kelley's Island, Cheryl Smith of Akron; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rex Hardin.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of memorial services at 2:00 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio.
