Ralph L. Kearnes' Obituary
Ralph L. Kearnes, age 92, of North Ridgeville passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at O’Neil Assisted Living in North Ridgeville.
He was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1999.
Ralph was a traveling salesman for 48 years and traveled to 25 states. He was on the road for 3 out of 4 weeks and worked for five different companies.
Ralph and Mary Ellen had 4 daughters, Ellen Marie Coulouris of Ave Maria , Florida, Laura Jane (Charles) Gingerelli of Waretown, New Jersey, Rosemarie (Tony) Bosi of Bonita Springs, Florida, Victoria Anne (Carl) Kessler III of Avon, Ohio 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Mary Ellen (nee Coughlin), parents, Lawrence and Virginia (nee Sisson) Kearnes, sister, Carolann Leskovec and brother, Thomas Kearnes.
He was a member of St. Clarence Church in North Olmsted where he was a Eucharistic Minister and usher.
He was in the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree Council 4731 and a 4th Degree member of Bishop O’Reilly Assembly 0816.
He was an auxiliary member of the VFW Post 9871, North Ridgeville and was active in the North Ridgeville Senior Center, especially with the car shows.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 11AM at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Fr. Bob Franco, Pastor will be the celebrant. Please meet at church.
Private burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
