Phillip "Ashley" Kincaid's Obituary
Phillip A. “Ashley” Kincaid, age 84, of Elyria, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2022 at O’Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville. He had lived in Elyria for the past 43 years formerly of North Ridgeville. He worked as a High Mill Plugger for US Steel in Lorain18 years before retiring in 1984. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and United Steel Workers Local 1104. Ashley enjoyed going to flea markets and especially spending time with his family. He is survived by his son Christopher Kincaid of Elyria; grandsons Austin and Cullen Kincaid; granddaughter Kayleigh Kincaid; sister-in-law Judy Jourabchian of Elyria; sisters Bessie Parson, Anita June Young, Linda Barry, Juanita Keller, all of West Virginia. His was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane in 2008; parents Elmer Ray and Bleauth “Boots” Kincaid; brothers Harvey, Kyle, Cecil, Jerry and Elmer Kincaid; sisters Irene Robertson and Dorcas Kincaid. Family will receive friends Sunday from 1-5pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Funeral service Monday at 12pm in the funeral home. Pastor Jeff Baker will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. Memorial contributions may be made to Church of God of Prophecy, 11233 Lagrange Rd., Elyria, OH 44035.
