Philip Pawlak's Obituary
Philip M. Pawlak, age 49, of North Ridgeville, passed away suddenly Sunday at St. John Westshore Hospital, after being stricken at home.
Born in Cleveland, he was a resident of North Ridgeville since 1990.
Mr. Pawlak worked as a paramedic for the city of Cleveland.
He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, North Ridgeville, where he was a Eucharistic minister. He was an avid Buckeyes fan and enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Sandra M. (nee Fiala); daughter, Ashley Pawlak of North Olmsted; brothers, Dennis of Cincinnati, Bob of Columbus; mother, Paula Pawlak of Solon; mother-in-law, Marcella Fiala and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Pawlak.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where prayer services will be held on Thursday at 9:30AM followed by a 10:00AM mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Stephen Kaminski, pastor, will be the celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
