Phil Finch's Obituary
Phil E. "Pete" Finch, age 97, of Brecksville, passed away Wednesday at his home following a short illness.
He was born in Clarksfield Twp., Ohio and had been a resident of Brecksville for the past 45 years moving from Cleveland Heights.
Mr. Finch worked in road construction as a superintendent.
He enjoyed the great outdoors and mechanics.
Survivors include nieces Sally Shough and Jean Cole both of Bradenton, Florida, Mary Henson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Shirley Richards of Wellington.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine in April 2001; four sisters and two brothers; his parents Elmer and Wanda Finch and three nephews.
Private graveside services will be held at Clarksfield Cemetery, Clarksville Twp., Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
