Anyone that knew Peggy was very lucky. Losing her has left a hole in many hearts. I'm going to miss her optimism and random thoughts and postings on Facebook. Whether it was a video of "The Squirrel Parade" in her yard, pics of whatever she was up to or great classic rock videos from YouTube she would make me smile. It was great visiting Vemilion this summer and spending a little time with her. It was too short... R.I.P my friend
peggy was an amazing person, i still cant believe it. she was my mom and aunts best friend, i cant even think about them hanging out without peggy. we all went to the football games to cheer for our rangers, and we called us the cheering squad! even over the summer we would watch the boys play baseball and we were the pirates - arrghhhh!!!- i have so many fond memories of this woman... even my birthday party, wow.... i really loved peggy with all my heart, i even considered her a great friend even with our 26 year difference. i love you pegs! and i pray for the spencers to make it through this tragedy. to dan danny halen and jared, stay strong. heaven isnt so far away, untill we meet again.
What an amazing woman, full of energy and love for those around her. Seeing her every summer wasn't near enough but I will cherish spending the final days with her. I wish I could be there physically but she knows I'm there in spirit.
Her early departure has left a void in the hearts of many of us.

Peg was an amazing beautiful woman with a smile that was infectious! I am so blessed to have known her and called her my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with her and you. May the love around you help you through the days ahead and your memories comfort you always.
Peggy taught us all to how to live. Even when we first met back at Sailorway Middle School, she was so full of life and kindness. I am honored to have had her as a friend and I thank God for giving us all, such a wonderful spirit like Peg. She taught me to live each day to the fullest and dream like there will always be a tomorrow. I know she's looking down at all of us from Heaven: first, shocked at the amount of people she touched in life, then whispering to all of us that we're going to be okay. i pray for her spirit to live on in each of us. REST IN PEACE PEGGY, WE LOVE YOU. My thoughts and prayers now are with her family.

Peggy was a fun & loving person.She will be missed by many people. Please God help her family & friend get though this difficult time.God has gotten one special angel when he he took her from earth. Positive thought & prayers for her family & friend. Rest in peace my friend.
George always enjoyed talking to Peggy every morning for coffee at the VFW, she took such good care of the coffee group, I enjoyed seeing her on friday when I came in for coffee, she always had a great smile and kind words, we miss her. I believe she is reading all our messages from a better place where we will meet again.
