Paul W. Stang's Obituary
Paul Winfred Stang, age 85, of Grafton, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at
home surrounded by family.
He was born in Czechoslovakia and a resident of Grafton since 1988 after moving from
North Ridgeville.
Paul was a tool and die maker for Modern Tool and Die for over 40 years, retiring in
2003.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, skiing, diving, snorkeling, landscaping. He was Cupid's companion for 39 years and loved playing with his best buddy Shadow.
Survivors include his wife Gail (nee Schwachenwald), siblings, Ed (Dorothy decd.)
Frieda (Victor decd.) George (Betty), grandson Ryan Schroeder, great-grandson Colton
Schroeder, brother-in-law to Ron and Lois Schwachenwald, John & Carol Wolan (both
decd.), and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his children, Faith Ann Stang, Paul Stang Jr., siblings, Emil (Ann
decd.), Joann (Adam) and Erika (Frank decd.), parents Paul and Anna (nee Binder)
Stang.
Family will receive friends at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd.
North Ridgeville, OH 44039 on Thursday July 3rd from 12-noon until the time of service
at 1pm. Pastor Wood and Pastor Hill will officiate. Services will be livestreamed on Bogner Family Funeral Home's Facebook page.
The burial will be private at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
