Paul S. McNea's Obituary
Paul S. McNea, age 76, of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
He was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Elyria for the past 2 years, moving from North Ridgeville. He previously lived in Las Vegas.
Paul had been a Police Officer for the City of Cleveland 3rd District Badge #1888, retiring in 1990 after 25 years of service.
He enjoyed playing card and was an avid sports fan, especially the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Nancy (nee Hurst); sons, Shaun (Stacie) McNea of North Ridgeville, Kevin McNea of Olmsted Falls; daughters, Christine (Rich) Sack of Strongsville, Sheri (David) Mclellan of Grafton, Lisa (Chad) Powell of North Ridgeville; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, David (Mary Ann) McNea of Olmsted Falls.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Emmett and Dorothy Ann (nee Bater) McNea; granddaughter, Sarah McNea and sister, Barbara Ann Klesh.
Friends may call 2-5PM Sunday at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Services will be 12PM Monday at the funeral Home. Pastor Shaun McNea, Paul’s son, will officiate.
Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
