Mrs. Patricia Ann Skapin's Obituary
Patricia Ann Skapin, age 77 of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Patty was born on September 28, 1948, in Avon, Ohio and spent the majority of her life in Amherst, Ohio.
She worked most of her career as an accountant. In her spare time, Patty had a variety of interests. She loved gardening, growing flowers, making crafts of various kinds. She was also artistic; proficient in drawing and painting. In addition, she loved to crochet and cook for her family and friends.
Patty is survived by her two daughters, Bethann Seiter (Thomas) and Jennifer Ann Paul (Randhir). She was the loving grandmother of Theresa Ann Beck (Logan), Michael Sislow (Marissa), and Meghan Paul; great grandmother of Mason Sislow. She is also survived by her siblings, William James Comerford, Cathleen Nells, and Jennifer Comerford. She was aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Patty is preceded in death by her parents James and Coletta Comerford and her siblings James Comerford, Ann Gilkisen, and Judy Newell.
Friends may call at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville on Tuesday, April 7th, from 10-10:45 AM. A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 7th at St Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville at 11 AM. Interment will immediately follow at St. Peter Cemetery.
