Patricia Givens' Obituary
Patricia M. Givens (nee Lively), age 48 of Eaton Township died Wednesday August 13, 2008 at her home following a long illness.
Patricia was born in Parma and grew up in North Ridgeville. She had resided in Eaton Township the past 18 years after moving from Elyria. She was employed as an executive secretary to the CEO of Premier Physicians, Rocky River. She had also worked for Lakewood and Southwest General Hospitals. She was a member of Christ Church, Columbia Station and enjoyed doing crafts.
Surviving are her husband of twenty-five years, Dave and mother, Polly Lively of North Ridgeville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Latelle Lively.
Family will receive friends Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Funeral service will be 10 AM Tuesday at Christ Church followed by at reception in the church fellowship hall. Burial will take place at 2PM Tuesday at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman. Memorial contributions are suggested to Christ Church 23080 Royalton Road Columbia Station, Ohio 44028.
