Patricia L. Akers' Obituary
Patricia L. Akers (nee Burden), age 55, of Elyria, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center.
She was born in Elyria, where she lived for most of her life.
She worked as a machine operator for Parker Hannifin in Elyria from 1996-2011.
Patricia enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially swinging on the porch with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, John, daughters, Danielle (David) Tate of Elyria, Kylie (Kevin) O’Connor of Elyria, grandchildren, Krissalie and Kellan O’Connor, Dakota Tate, brother, Ernest Wayne Burden of Elyria, step-brothers, Brad Titchenell of Amherst, Tim Titchenell of Amherst, step-sisters, Jodi Titchenell of Amherst, Julie Titchenell-Salzman of Brunswick, step-mother, Judy Burden of Brunswick.
She was preceded in death by her son, John Derek Akers in 2019; parents, Ernest Jr.and Eileen (nee Hardway) Burden.
Services will be private.
