Pat H. Williams' Obituary
Pat H. Williams, age 76, of Avon Lake, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
He was born in Bedford, Ohio on February 24, 1949 to Arda (nee Greene) and Roland Williams. Pat was a 1967 graduate of Beford High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers from 1969-1971. He grew up and lived in Bedford for 42 years before moving to Avon Lake in 1991.
He worked as an electrician for the Ford Motor Company, Avon Lake Plant, retiring in 2012 and had previously worked for the General Electric Company.
Pat enjoyed the outdoors, camping with his family, and loved boating and water skiing.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Susan (nee Barr); daughters Heather (Scott) Schlosser, Jennifer (Dennis) Copfer, Colleen (Tom) Ricci and Rebecca (Lance) Harmon; grandchildren Michael and Brett Schlosser, Victoria and Maria Copfer and Anthony Harmon; brothers Neal “Mac” Williams and Brian Williams; many nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents and sister Judy Williams.
A celebration of Pat’s life will take place on Saturday, April 19 at 3:00 p.m. at the Bogner Celebration of Life Center, 7295 Greenlawn Drive, North Ridgeville. Pat’s nephew, Tim Barr will preside. Adjacent parking is available in the funeral home lot.
