Otakar Kuby's Obituary
Otakar A. Kuby, age 81, of North Ridgeville, died on Monday, October 15, 2007 at the Wesleyan Village, Elyria; following a long illness.
He was born in Prague, Czech Republic.
He had been a North Ridgeville resident the past 12 years; having moved from Toledo, OH.
He was a mechanical engineer and his last employment had been as a project engineer for the AC Leadbetter Company, Toledo for ten years before his retirement in 1996.
He enjoyed reading, hiking and working mathematical problems.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Alexandra (nee Pavova) Kuby; daughters, Marie Kuby, of Colne, England and Kathy (Stephen) Nagg, of North Ridgeville; son, Vilibald (Margaret) Kuby, of Middlesbrough, England; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vilibald and Marie (nee Tylinkova) Kuby and brother, Alois Kuby.
The funeral services will be private.
