Ona Hines' Obituary
Ona Maxine Hines (nee Anderson), age 71 of Elyria, died Thursday, February 10, 2005 at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland following a short illness.
She was born April 17, 1933 in Hacker Valley, WV. She had resided in Elyria since 1976, moving from Sheffield Lake.
Mrs. Hines loved to crochet, quilt, work puzzles, garden and travel.
She worked as a Nurses Aid for Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Avon in the 1970's.
Surviving are 4 sons, Terry Hines of Sheffield Lake, Douglas Hines of Avon, Mitchell Hines of Lorain, Timothy Hines of Oberlin; daughter, Patricia Tilton of Port St. Lucy, Florida; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Harold Anderson of Tyler, TX, Paul Anderson of Cowen, WV; 2 Sisters, Marie Carter of Hacker Valley, WV, Carol Bartha of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by Parents, Marvin and Mira Anderson and one brother, Jack Anderson.
Friends will be received 2-5pm, Sunday, February 13 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday in the funeral home with Rev. Jamie Stewart, Pastor of Avon Lake Baptist Church officiating.
Interment will follow in the Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria, Ohio.
