Oliver Wendell "Jerry" Dunford's Obituary
Oliver “Jerry” Dunford, age 85, of Oberlin, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 22, 2018 at his home.
He was born in Huntington, WV and lived in Elyria for 30 years, but most recently lived in Oberlin for the past 7 years.
Jerry previously worked at Fisher Body in Elyria for 15 years before being self employed at J&L Service, retiring in 1997. He was a veteran of the Korean War in the Marines.
He was an avid hunter and enjoyed hunting with his son Jerry. He also enjoyed golf.
Survivors include his wife Joyce (nee Saunders), son Jerry (Kathy), grandson Kelly (Gina), great grandkids Koby and Kloey Dunford, sisters Jean White of Barboursville, WV, and Phyllis Daniell of Cumming, Georgia.
There will be no services.
