Neary Justice's Obituary
Neary Gene Justice, age 69 of Grafton, died Thursday, August 3, 2006 at Cleveland VA Medical Center, Wade Park following a short illness.
He was born May 14, 1937 in Big Rock, VA. He had resided in Grafton the past six years. He previously lived in North Ridgeville for 20 years.
Mr. Justice was a self employed Electrician.
He served in the US Navy during the Korean War.
His hobbies included fishing, hunting, boating, camping, watching Nascar racing and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Lenore, three daughters, Anna Delores Justice of Elyria, Patricia Marie Keefe of Grafton, Elizabeth Jean Justice of Grafton; two sons, James Frank Justice of North Ridgeville and Edward Gene Justice of Elyria; eight grandchildren; three brothers, James Lester Justice of Lorain, George Dewey Murphy of Minnesota,and Ricky Dale Justice of Castalia; four sisters, Fern Hunt of Harold, KY, Betty Sue Elkins of Sandusky, Brenda Roberts of Kentucky, Jackie Ray Murphy of Lexington, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Tressie Justice; brother, Freddie Dean Justice and sister, Bonnie Lou Marshall.
A Memorial service will be held at 2PM Monday August 7, at AMVETS Post 32 11087 Middle Avenue Elyria. Reverend Gene Collins will officiate.
Private interment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gene Justice Memorial Fund in care of any Northern Savings Bank.
