Nancy Bacik's Obituary
Nancy C. Bacik (nee Myers),71 of North Ridgeville, died Thursday, June 28, 2007 at St. John West Shore Hospital, Westlake following a short illness.
She was born June 25, 1936 in Cleveland, and was a graduate of John Hays High School. She later moved back and forth between North Ridgeville and other western suburbs of Cleveland after marrying her husband, George.
Mrs. Bacik was a loving and dedicated mother and homemaker. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, North Ridgeville, and enjoyed reading, writing letters to her friends, taking vacations with her husband, especially to the ocean, and also loved to shop.
Surviving are her husband, George T. Bacik; children, Richard (Laura), Paul, Ellen Zimdars (Scott), and George (Janet); and five grandchildren, Alyssa, Keith, Emily, Evan, and Andrew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Myers; mother and step-father Dorothy (nee Clotz) and Harry Gansen; and her brother, Bruce Myers.
Friends will be received Monday July 2, from 6:00PM until the time of service at 8:00PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville, with Rev. Stephen J. Kaminski, Pastor of St. Peter Catholic Church, officiating.
Memorial donations have been suggested to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 6610 Biddulph Rd. Cleveland, 44144.
