Nancy M. Awig's Obituary
Nancy Margaret Awig, age 68, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake, Ohio. She was born on September 26, 1952 in South Euclid and lived in Lyndhurst for many years. She was a 1970 graduate of Brush High School and went on to graduate from Kent State University. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Church of the Redeemer. Nancy enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, reading and had an extensive collection of figurine elephants.
She is survived by her brothers, Donald (Georgia) Awig and David (Patrice) Isley; sisters Cappy (Jim) Higgins and Karen (Martin) Sandel; sister-in-law Terry Isley; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Nancy was preceded in death by her mother Corinne (Bob) Isley; father Robert Awig; brother Robert Isley.
