Montana Butler's Obituary
Montana May Butler (nee Chapman), 74 of Sheffield Village died Thursday August 16, 2007 at St. John Westshore Hospital Center following a long illness.
She was born in Putnam County, WV, and had been a Lorain County resident for the past thirty years. She had also resided in Lakewood.
Mrs. Butler was an exceptional homemaker and had also worked for ten plus years at MarshAllan Manufacturing in Cleveland. She enjoyed camping, sewing, cooking, and was an avid Indian's fan.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-seven years, Keith; two sons, Joseph Carr and Danny Carr; daughter, Patty Dillon; twelve grandchildren, Tammy, Danny, Robbie, Michelle, Jeremiah, James, Jamie, Stacy, Kelly, Matthew, Ashley, and Lindsay; eight great- grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Chapman and Homer Chapman; and two sisters, Barbara Cesari and Brenda Scarpelli. She was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Carr and Wayne Carr; parents, Janie and Homer Chapman; brother, Raymond Chapman, and sister, Delores Chapman.
Family will receive friends at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville from 2-5PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Monday at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Rd., Avon in the A-frame chapel. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate. Memorial donations have been suggested to the American Diabetes Association, 4500 Rockside Rd., Suite 440 Independence, OH 44131.
