Mildred Davis' Obituary
Mildred M. Davis, 88 of North Ridgeville,
died Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at Center Ridge Health Center following a long illness.
She was born August 1, 1917 in Cleveland, where she resided for fifty years. She also resided in Baltimore, MD and Enterprise, WV prior to moving to North Ridgeville in 1997.
Mrs. Davis was a member of Shaeffer United Methodist Church in Cleveland, and also the Cleveland Senior Citizens Club. She enjoyed traveling and keeping up with friends.
Mildred worked as a secretary for Cleveland Pneumatic and Tool Company for twenty years, retiring in 1958.
Surviving are two step-sons, John of North Ridgeville, and Rufus Jr. of Weirton, WV; three step-daughters, Mary Jo Burton of Bonita Springs, FL, Jeanne Hastings of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Barbara Belich of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandmother and great-grandmother of many. She was peceded in death by her husband Rufus Sr. in 1974, two step-daughters, Marjorie Vernon and Ireta Kendall; and her brother Edward Masek.
All funeral services and interment to take place at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Fairmont WV.
