Mildred Ann "Millie" Cunningham's Obituary
Mildred Ann “Millie” Cunningham (nee Keller), age 89, of Elyria, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, with her family by her side.
She was born on July 29, 1936, in Marietta, Ohio and has been a resident of Elyria for the past 18 years, moving from Florida and Amherst. She was a member of St. Jude Church in Elyria. Millie was a registered nurse and then went on to work as a district sales manager for Avon, retiring in 1992. She enjoyed camping and did so extensively with her husband Roy while following the NASCAR circuit. She collected Fenton Glass and Longaberger baskets and was happiest when she was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son Daniel Roy (Cathy) Cunningham of Elyria; daughter Barbara (Kurt) Albrecht of Middleburg Heights; grandchildren Brian (Kate) Cunningham, Brett (Bri) Cunningham, Gretchen Albrecht and Kevin Albrecht; great grandchildren Logan, Leah, Lillian, Eliza and Cara Cunningham; many nieces and nephews.
Millie was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Roy Eldon Cunningham; parents Agnes (nee Kress) and Fred Keller; sisters Ellanora Dickson and Mary Lou Smithberger.
Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 6 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Jude Church, 590 Poplar Street, Elyria, where family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the time of Mass. Rev. Jose Fifin will officiate. Interment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
