Michael L. Zoruba's Obituary
Michael L. Zoruba, age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at UH Elyria Medical Center. He was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for 50 years. He was a boom operator on the KC135 for the US Air Force. Mike worked as a Network Engineer for Unisys at DFAS before retiring in 2010. He was also a member of the International Thunderbird Club. Mike enjoyed wood working, ham radio and classic cars, especially his 1965 Thunderbird which he restored . He was a beloved husband and father. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Marsha; children Leonard (Charlene) Zoruba of Sheffield Village, Michelle (Jason) Welch of New London; grandchildren Samantha (Cory), Jacob, Abigale, Nichole, Kristen, Robert, Devyn, Katelynne, Joseph; 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter Karen; parents Leonard and Eleanor. The family will have a celebration of life service in the future.
