Michael Etterman's Obituary
Michael R. Etterman, age 59, passed away on October 24, 2011 at EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria after a short illness.
Michael was born on November 2, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from North Ridgeville High School. Following high school, he joined the U.S. Army, from which he retired as a Sergeant in 1992. He most recently worked at General Plug in Grafton. Michael enjoyed doing artwork in many different forms, including painting, clay, and ceramics. He was very charitable, and found joy in helping others, including delivering meals to the needy.
Michael is survived by his son Robert (Rebecca) Etterman of Rochester, NY; granddaughter Naomi Etterman of Rochester, NY; mother Jane (nee Belsan) Etterman of North Ridgeville; brother Robert (Kathy) of North Ridgeville; sister Chery (Don) Cavender of Stafford, VA and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Etterman and brother Chris Etterman.
Services will be private.
