Michael Robert Conway's Obituary
Michael R. Conway, age 67, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, friendship, and a smile that could light up any room. Born in Cleveland and a resident of North Ridgeville for over twenty years, Michael touched countless lives with his tenderness, generous spirit, quick wit, and unforgettable sense of humor. He loved to make others laugh and was known for playfully joking with friends and family, bringing joy wherever he went.
Michael worked for many years at Columbia Gas and later at Burlington, proudly retiring in 2024. Beyond his work, he had a deep passion for antiques and a love for the outdoors. He found joy in simple moments—feeding the deer and birds, appreciating nature, and tending to the beautiful backyard oasis he designed and helped build on his property, a peaceful retreat he loved sharing with his wife and friends.
He was a faithful volunteer at St. Casimir Church in Cleveland, where he gave his time and heart to a community he truly cared for.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; his sister, Diane Conway; and his cherished nieces and nephews. He was a friend to many, and his warmth, humor, and compassion will be remembered always.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents Jean (Domke) and Robert Conway
