Michael Bouman's Obituary
Michael Bouman, age 73, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Hts.
He was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for over 40 years.
Michael served in telecommunications in the US Air Force
He worked as a technician for Praxair retiring in 1998 and was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville, The Turn Golf League, Strokers Golf League and Social group, Mercy Social group and VFW in North Olmsted.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling and spending time with his grandchildren, friends and family.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce (nee Chmura) Bouman; daughter, Cynthia Knowles of Reno, Nevada; son, Michael (Deanna) Bouman of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Nathan, KC, Luke, Lincoln, Cecilia and Will; siblings, Catherine (Rodney) Graham, Paulette Grasse, Joanne (Jerry) Celebrezze, Patricia (Doug) Hudson, Margaret (Kevin) Bowes, Donna (Mike) Roman, James Bouman; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Anne (nee Hughes); siblings, Anne Gula, Rosemary Wagner, Alan Bouman, Mary Ellen Miller and Jeanette Dempsey.
Friends may call Friday, March 6, 2020 from 4-7PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 11:30AM at St. Peter Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. (Please meet at church). Fr. Gary Chmura will be the celebrant.
Burial will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery, North Ridgeville where the US Air Force and North Olmsted VFW will conduct Military Honors.
