Melissa A. Kaufman's Obituary
Melissa A. Kaufman (nee Roysden), age 56, of Elyria, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 25, 2024, at her home. She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of Elyria for the past 5 years formerly of North Ridgeville and North Olmsted. She worked in order fulfillment for Moen for many years. Melissa was a sports fan and enjoyed gardening, flowers, entertaining the family, and going to church. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Matt; children Kevin Roysden, Katlin Kaufman of Atlanta, GA, Kyle Kaufman of Elyria; Mother Elizabeth Roysden of North Ridgeville; brother John Roysden of New London; sister Laura Fate of Elyria; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father John Roysden; father-in-law Mathias Kaufman; mother-in-law Adela Kaufman. Memorial visitation Saturday from 9:30 am until time of mass at 10:30 at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., North Ridgeville. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
