Maureen K. Claus' Obituary
Maureen K. Claus, age 71, of North Ridgeville, passed away at her home on Friday, June 28, 2019.
She was born in Cleveland and raised in Parma before moving to North Ridgeville in 2004.
Maureen was a dedicated teacher for the North Ridgeville City Schools for 25 years and was the Academic Challenge Advisor. She enjoyed helping others while volunteering at North Ridgeville Community Care.
She is survived by her sister, Debbie (Bill) Stec of Columbia Station; stepsister, Peg Mencke of North Olmsted; stepbrother, Bill (Kathy) Flewelling of West Virginia; niece, Shannon (Alex) Johnson; nephew, Ryan Stec; great-nephew, Casey Johnson and great-niece, Leia Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Claus; father and stepmother, Joseph and Pauline Claus and her brother, George Claus.
Services will be private.
