Mary Lou Watson's Obituary
Mary Lou Watson (nee Mills), age 87, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at her home after a brief illness.
She was born on September 24, 1934 in London, Ontario, Canada and moved to the United States in 1980, settling in North Ridgeville for the past 42 years.
Mary Lou was an avid reader and loved to do word search and crossword puzzles. She enjoyed walking and was a talented artist.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert; son Paul (Libby) Watson of Canada; daughter Jody (Chuck) Sword of Olmsted Township; grandchildren Alex (Frank) Danko, Rebecca (Steven) Masse, Zach Sword, Nick Sword and Scott Watson; great grandchildren Cayden Sword and Benjamin Danko, who will be joining the family in late July; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Cathy Ann Watson; parents Herbert and Ora Mills.
Memorial Service on Monday, June 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. until time of service. Private inurnment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary Lou’s name to the Mercy New Life Hospice, 3500 Kolbe Rd, Lorain, OH 44053.
