Mary C Ternes' Obituary
Mary C. Ternes (nee Murphy), age 82, of Elyria, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 at Center Ridge Health Campus in North Ridgeville.
She was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and had spent most of her life in Elyria.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville; Amherst VFW Post 1662 and Elyria Moose Lodge 778.
Survivors include her daughters, Edith Carroll of Baker, Louisiana, Marilyn Berg of North Ridgeville, Patricia (Daniel) Barone of North Olmsted; grandson, Jeremy Carroll and her brother, Edward H. (Cheryl) Murphy of Elyria; two nieces and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Catherine (nee Robinson) Murphy; son-in-law, Tim Berg; one niece and one nephew.
Friends may call Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 5-8 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 in the funeral home followed by a 10AM Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco will be the celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Elyria.
