Mary Stuart's Obituary
Mary T. Stuart (nee Lupinski), age 81 of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday November 7, 2010 at Center Ridge Nursing Home following a short illness.
She was born in Elyria, she had resided in North Ridgeville since 1954.
Mrs. Stuart was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, N. Ridgeville where she was active with the Ladies Evening Society for many years, a former member of the N. Ridgeville Junior Women's Club and charter member of Wilcox PTA.
She enjoyed reading, working in her yard, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
She volunteered at EMH Regional Medical Center from 1995 until January of this year, having logged more than 6000 hours.
Mrs. Stuart was the deputy auditor for the city of North Ridgeville for 12 years, than worked 16 years for Dreco Inc., North Ridgeville retiring in 1994.
Surviving are daughters Jean (Larry) Gilliam, Debbie (Danny) Goode both of N. Ridgeville and Marcia Stuart of Elyria, four grandchildren, one great grandson, Michael Bristor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the former Mayor of N. Ridgeville, Charles Stuart, and her mother, Elizabeth Lupinski.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where services will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday. Rev. John Fairweather, Pastor will officiate.
Interment will follow in Fields Cemetery, N. Ridgeville
