Mary L. Jett's Obituary
Mary L. Jett, (nee Fannon), age 78, of North Ridgeville, passed away on July 13, 2017 at the St. John Medical Center in Westlake after a sudden illness.
She was born on February 6, 1939 in Chicago, IL and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 55 years. She has been a longtime member of the Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville,
Mary loved her church, and was very active in her senior citizens group there. She also traveled and camped with her family. Those trips allowed her to enjoy her other favorite pastime, fishing. In her free time, she would often do word search puzzles and crochet.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Herbert; daughters Annette Jett of Elyria and Karen (Bruce) Radomski of Parma Hts.; son Terry Jett of Lorain; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother Eugene (Ruthmae) Fannon; sister Helen Slimm; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Thelma (nee Yost) Fannon; sisters Alberta and Irene; brothers Kenny and Alonzo.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Services will be in the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Jim Barta will officiate. Interment will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Faith Baptist Temple, 34361 Lorain Rd., N. Ridgeville 44039.
