Mary "Carolyn" Kotasek's Obituary
Mary “Carolyn” Kotasek (nee Foos), age 82, of North Ridgeville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, November 29, 2015 with her family by her side.
She was born March 16, 1933 in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1958.
Carolyn was a homemaker and enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. Her favorite pastime was making sure the squirrels and birds were fed and watching deer pass through her yard.
She was a loving mother of Daniel (Leta) Perin, Bruce (Lil) Perin, Jim (Jane) Perin, Joanne (Ken) Hohman and Patrice (Tom) Perin-Henderson. She was a cherished grandmother of Jamie Perin, Darlene (Tim) Maggard, Jacqueline Perin, Danielle Henderson, Shelby Comstock, Thomas Henderson and great-grandmother of Amelia Maggard. She is also survived by her siblings, Constance "Connie" Kessel, Danny (Marlyne) Foos and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 12 years, Charles J. Kotasek; daughter, Darlene Perin Cook; brother, Jim Foos; sister, Marguerite "Peggy" Dubnicka; parents, Walter and Mildred Foos (nee Reed); brothers-in-law, Richard Kessel and Albert Dubnicka
There will be a private family burial in Ridgeville Cemetery at a later date.
