Mary Ann Mihna (nee Miller), age 83, of North Ridgeville, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Avon Place in Avon. She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1997, formerly of Lorain. Read Obituary
Mary was a wonderful lady with a huge heart. Her youngest daughter, Charlann "Sugar" is my wife and she inherited her sweet personality from her mother. I know my wife misses her mother dearly...and always will. To Mary in heaven from your loving daughter...
If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
Mary has been a Great friend and Surrogate Grandmother/Mother since the first day we met. She enjoyed the outdoors whether experiencing the day, working on her plants, or meeting other people. She was always there to offer her infinite wisdom. We will miss her contagious laugh and smile. We are thankful that she was such an important part of our lives.
