Martha A. Leone's Obituary
Martha A. Leone (nee Sas), age 73, passed Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Cleveland and lived the majority of her life in North Ridgeville after moving from Avon. She was a member of St. Julie Billiart Church. Martha was the light of the room who loved helping people. She enjoyed cooking, playing tennis, traveling to the beach, staying connected on Facebook, spoiling her nieces and nephews, spending time with her family and especially the time spent talking with her daughter, Gina. Martha had a kindness about her that made everyone around her feel special and loved. She is survived by her husband (of 49 years) George; daughter Gina (Derick) Sullivan of Franklin; brother James (Cyndy) Sas of Sullivan; sister-in-law Patricia Sas-Kovar of Middleburg Hts. and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Helen Sas; brother John Sas Jr. Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 30, 2021, from 5-8 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville, where a prayer service will be held Thursday at 9:25 am. Mass of Catholic burial will follow at 10 am at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., North Ridgeville. Rev. George Vrabel will officiate. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Avon.
