Marla Whalen's Obituary
Marla B. Whalen (nee Clark), 73 of North Ridgeville passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 5, 1936 in Uniontown, PA and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1955. A homemaker, Marla enjoyed cooking and baking and she was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. She is survived by her loving husband, Don, daughters, Rhonda (Richard) Forgues and Vickie (David) Sharp both of North Ridgeville, Dawnita (Robert) Horsley of Columbus and Andrea Kistner of Elyria, a son, Don (Mechelle) Whalen of Holliday, FL, 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Anna "Johnny" (Cookie), Mary Ellen, Ruby and Della (Robert) and her beloved "angel baby", Teddy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Annabelle Clark, brother, Bucky Clark and a sister, Viola Lucky. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Monday, April 5, 2010 in the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Rev. Chuck Behrens will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
