Mark Alan Koziel's Obituary
Mark Alan Koziel, age 57, of Elyria, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Cleveland Clinic in Avon.
He was born in Warren and had been a resident of Elyria since 1989.
He served in the US Navy from 1982-1988.
Mark worked as a Critical Infrastructure Protection Consultant for First Energy for many years.
He was a member of St. Vincent De Paul in Elyria.
He was the author of the annual family Christmas letter and enjoyed running and golfing. He was a handyman and enjoyed doing projects around his house. He loved his dogs.
Survivors include his children, Eric of Massachusetts, Allison Koziel of Elyria, Brian of Dallas, Texas; brother, Richard of Colorado; sisters, Pamela of Utah, Judy of Maryland; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Evelyn (nee Fetsko) Koziel and sister, Debbie.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4-7PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Andrew Hoover will officiate.
Burial with Full Military Honors will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville.
