Marilyn was one of my cousins from my father’s side of the family. It was difficult for me to relate to Marilyn because her soul was so sweet and pure. She was always so honest and direct. She never sugar-coated anything and told it like it was. I live in southern California now, and the day I heard of her passing, I could not stop thinking about her, so I asked God if she was going to be with Him, and the answer was just as direct and straightforward as Marilyn was here on the Earth. I looked skyward and saw the rarest cloud formations for southern California, the white, puffy clouds known as cumulus. When you think of heaven, those are the clouds the saints and angels ride on, and I know Marilyn will be just fine in their presence.
