Marianne Pohorence's Obituary
Marianne Pohorence (nee Miller), age 87, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Jennings Center for Older Adults in Garfield Hts.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1998.
Marianne was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church in North Ridgeville where she was active with the Isabella Guild.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, John, son, John James Pohorence of Cleveland, daughter, Karen (Jim) German of Solon, grandchildren, James Andrew, Craig and William Leeson, James and Kyle German and great-granddaughter, Hazel Leeson.
She was preceded in death by her father Henry Miller, mother, Sarah Miller, grandson, John David Leeson, daughter-in-law, Patty Leeson.
Friends may call Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 5-7PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. A Mass will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 10AM at St. Julie’s Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd., North Ridgeville. Fr. Bob Franco, Pastor, will be the celebrant.
Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
