Marian Peepers' Obituary
Marian Peepers 73, of Olmsted Twp., died Thursday, July 20, 2006 at Fairview General Hospital following a short illness.
She was born August 29, 1932 in Niagra Falls, Canada, and had lived in Rochester, NY prior to moving to North Ridgeville in 1950.
She was an active member of the Fields United Methodist Church, North Ridgeville.
Marian graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1954 with a BA in Sociology. She was employed as a substitute teacher for the North Ridgeville City Schools for seventeen years, and had also worked as a medical secretary from 1987- 1997.
Surviving are four sons, Jeffrey (Marie) Peepers of North Olmsted, Stephen (Debra) Peepers of Cuyahoga Falls, Lawrence Peepers of Cleveland, and Kevin Peepers of Lorain; two brothers, James ( Deborah) Muir of Monument, CO, and Richard ( Margaret) Muir of Rochester, NY; sister, Elsie Benecke of Doylestown, PA; six grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 1984; parents, James and Margaret Fitzsimmons; and grandson Michael in 2004.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM, Tuesday, July 25 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville.
Funeral Services will be held at 10AM Wednesday at Fields United Methodist Church, 34077 Lorain Rd., North Ridgeville, OH 44039 with Rev. Neriah G. Edwards officiating. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the church.
