Marcy Minor's Obituary
Marcy L. Minor (nee Wilkins), age 61, of Elyria, passed away Thursday at her home following a long illness.
She was born in Wilson, New York and had been a resident of Elyria since 1997 moving from North Ridgeville.
She worked at different restaurants in the Cleveland area and was a cook for Happy Times Nursery School in Cleveland.
Mrs. Minor was a member of the Elyria Moose Chapter 907 and was honored with the Academy of Friendship award in 1999.
She enjoyed playing bingo, flea markets, crafts and garage sales.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Richard; son, Richard James Minor Jr., of Elyria; 14 brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Laura (nee Fleming) Wilkins.
Friends may call Sunday from 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville; where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM. The Reverend James Cake, of the Belden United Methodist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
