Marcia "Marcy" Perkey's Obituary
Marcia A. “Marcy” Perkey (nee Shoemake), age 61, of North Ridgeville, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Parma Hospital, after loosing her battle with lung disease.
She was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1987 moving from Cleveland.
Marcy worked as an order processor for Western Enterprise for 20 years before retiring in April 2011.
She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Elyria and enjoyed line dancing.
Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob”; son, Mark of North Ridgeville; grandson, Robbie of North Ridgeville; sister, Marilyn Sanson of Berlington, KY; nieces, Nikole Czelusta and Jennifer Sanson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Doris Shoemake; brother-in-law, Roger Sanson.
Friends may call Friday from 5-8PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Bill Shomo will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
