Makayla R. Kamms' Obituary
Makayla R. Kamms, age 23, passed at her home in Parma on Saturday September 24, 2022.
Born in Westlake she grew up and lived most of her life in Amherst and Sheffield Lake.
Makayla was a graduate of the Ohio Business School and most recently was working as an assistant GM for the Marriott Corporation.
She was active in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading for approximately 15 years. She also was a preschool sports coach. As an animal lover, she rescued many pets including her favorite, ferrets. She loved camping, going to the beach in Florida and being with her family.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Sheffield Lake.
Left to cherish her memory, are her mother, Mande Kamms of Sheffield Lake, grandmother, Susanne Kamms of Sheffield Lake, aunt, Tina (Roy) Hastings, uncles, Vincent and Jeff (Kris) Kamms, cousins, Jake Hastings, Becca Larsen, Vinny and Blake Kamms, Gabi Kamms, Olivia Miller, Cassie and David Kamms and her lifetime best friend, Trevor Silverblatt.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Kamms (Papa).
The family will receive friends, Thursday September 29, 2022 from 5-8 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039. Further services will be private.
