Macel Anderson's Obituary
Macel M. Anderson (nee Owens) age, 67, of Elyria, passed away, Monday, March 19, 2007 at her home following a brief illness. She was born in Vienna, West Virginia and had been a resident of Elyria for 25 years moving from North Ridgeville. Macel worked as a flight kitchen food assembler for United Airlines. She was a member of Church on the Rise, Westlake and House of Praise in Lorain. She enjoyed going to church and spreading God's word through teaching. Survivors include her daughters, Connie Sue Anderson of Elyria, Joyce Baker of Stockport; son, Michael Francis of Columbus; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren;, brothers, Tom Owens of Elwood, Indiana, Marvin Owens of St. Mary, West Virginia, Howard Owens of Arcadia, Indiana; sisters, Liz Pierce of Cleveland, Ruth Miller of Marietta, Sheila Felker of Noblesville, Indian, Charlotte Magpoc of Apache Junction, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her twin great-grandsons; brother, John and her parents, John and Sheila (nee Wires) Owens. Friends may call Thursday from 7-9PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00AM in the funeral home. Pastor Ricardo Johnson, Church on The Rise, will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
