Lynnette S.'s Obituary
Lynnette S. Rak (nee Lauer), age 40, of Eaton Township died Saturday at EMH Regional Medical Center following a long illness.
She was born in Oberlin. She had resided in Eaton Township the past 16 years moving from South Amherst.
She was a member of Columbia Hills Kingdom Hall. She was an accomplished seamstress, and sign language interpreter. She enjoyed home schooling her children and designed her own home.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Emil, three daughters, Anna, Emily and Cheryl Rak, one son Kevin Rak, all at home, her mother, Judith Lauer of Oberlin, four brothers, Alan Lauer of Phoenix, Rick Lauer of Elyria, Phillip Lauer of Raleigh, NC, Kurt Lauer of Oberlin and one sister, Tonia Lauer of Oberlin.
She is preceded in death by her father Lawrence A. Lauer in 2001.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6-9 PM in the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville, where services will be held at 9:00 PM. A grave side service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Columbia Township Cemetery on Route 82 in Columbia Township. Edward Madak of Columbia Hills Kingdom Hall will officiate.
