Lynnell Lovell's Obituary
Lynnell Lovell (nee Stanfill), age 87, of Elyria, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Wesleyan Village Nursing Home in Elyria.
She was born on August 13, 1936 in Leesville, Louisiana and has been a resident of Elyria for the past 27 years.
Lynnell worked in maintenance for the North Ridgeville School District for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, spending time in the kitchen cooking, baking and canning. She loved listening to country and gospel music and collecting angels.
She is survived by her children Cindy DeCost of Chattanooga, TN, Lori (Steve) Smith of Elyria and Pam (Marty) Wilson of Elyria; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister Joyce Hintsala of Champion, MI; many nieces and nephews.
Lynnell was preceded in death by her husband Jack; parents Lee and Mabel (nee Reardon) Stanfill; sisters, Leona Hale, Aline Lucky and Billy Carol; brother, Earl.
Funeral Service Thursday at 1PM in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, where family will receive friends from 12PM until time of service. Interment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery, Avon.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree Street, Suite 600 Atlanta, GA 30309.
