Lucille Kelty's Obituary
Lucille R. Kelty, (nee Kubik), age 94, entered into rest on October 9, 2012 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake after a lengthy illness.
She was born on May 23, 1918 in Cleveland Ohio and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 6 years, moving from Parma.
Throughout her life, Lucille donated her time to working with the handicapped. In her free time, she enjoyed golfing, bowling, bingo and playing cards.
Lucille is survived by her daughter Donna (Jim) Slowey of North Ridgeville; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister Eleanor Evans of Rocky River; aunt, great aunt and great-great aunt to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carl H. Kelty; sons James and Michael "Mickey" Kelty; parents Alexander and Irene (nee Matowitz) Kubik; sisters Irene Brinzo, Edna Philips, Josephine Kubik and Bernadine Virag.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Jerome M. Lajack will officiate. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ridge House, 7009 West Sprague Road, Parma, Ohio 44133 or the Ames Family Hospice House, 30800 Hospice Way, Westlake, OH 44145
