Louise S. Ward-Richardson's Obituary
Louise S. Ward-Richardson (nee Whitten), age 82, of North Ridgeville, passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at her home.
She was born in Hinton, West Virginia and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 2006, moving from Columbia Station. She previously lived in Brunswick for 13 years.
Louise worked for Finest Grocery Store for 34 years, retiring in 1993.
She was an active member of Faith Baptist Temple in North Ridgeville where she enjoyed volunteering. She also enjoyed visiting various nursing homes.
Survivors include her daughter, Sherry Lynn (Brian) Emerson of N. Tonawanda, New York; son, Jerry (Candace) Ward of Columbia Station; grandchildren, Tiffiani Ward and Breanna Ward.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Marshall H. “Buster” Ward; 2nd husband, Charlie O. Richardson; parents, William and Mande Whitten; brothers, James A. and Winford Wilson, Lead R. Whitten, Rubert Whitten; sisters, Irene Marcum, Virginia Ward, Hazel Richmond and Louanna Johnson.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Jim Barta will officiate.
Burial will be in Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery
